Deactivation

When you complete this form, Career Services will deactivate your Résumé Referral Service in The Wright Search. Once your service has been deactivated, employers will be unable to view your résumé. Deactivation prevents misunderstandings for you and for employers. You may opt out of deactivation by marking the checkbox that requests we keep your account active. The checkbox is at the end of the form.

When deactivated, your information will remain in the system. You may access it, update it, and reactivate it by entering the system with your current user name and password. To make the résumé available for review again, simply edit the appropriate section in your profile. Alumni are advised to personally deactivate, reactivate and otherwise manage their accounts in this manner.

Even if you are not seeking a job and do not want the résumé to be viewed, Career Services strongly recommends maintaining the profile and online résumé so that both will be up to date when they are needed, possibly on short notice. To keep your account constantly active in The Wright Search, you must upload your résumé every thirty days, whether you have made changes to it or not.

If you forget your current user name and password, do not create a new profile. Call Career Services at 937.775.2556 or email career_services@wright.edu.
