Student Employment
Students at any level of professional preparedness can participate in Student Employment. Job opportunities exist on campus and off campus. Beginning with the first year and continuing through graduate school, all students are eligible for regular on-campus employment and off-campus positions. Students who receive Federal Work Study (FWS) are also eligible for off-campus, paid reading tutor positions.

Use Student Employment Forms
Days and Times for Forms Processing
Students are welcome to deliver their forms during specific, defined hours for Student Employment forms processing. Forms will be accepted in Student Employment on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
As always,
- Forms must be hand-carried to Student Employment by the student for processing.
- Student employment paperwork must be submitted to Career Services by 3:30 p.m. on the Monday before time sheets are due to ensure that an electronic time sheet for the current pay period is available in WINGS Express.
