Career Employment

Juniors, Seniors, and alumni seeking jobs or career changes come to Career Services for assistance. Beginning in the Junior year, students must pursue their career employment search in earnest. Employers begin recruiting in September for students graduating the following June or August.

Students and alumni benefit from the many relevant services offered in our office: occupational research and networking advice, résumé and cover letter reviews, mock interviews and interview preparedness; etiquette and professional dress guidelines; salary surveys, benefits awareness, and negotiation readiness; preparing to make a good impression while on the job.

Career fairs and the on-campus interviewing program bring employers to campus to conduct screening interviews. Our Web page provides a wealth of resources accessible from anywhere the client has internet access.

The Wright Search online system enables students to post résumés and follow up on job opportunities.
