On Campus InterviewingWhen participating in On Campus Interviewing, students and alumni have opportunities to interview for job openings in their field. Interview selection and sign up occur through The Wright Search. Opportunities are viewable in The Wright Search based on the major of the job seeker. Most positions offered through On Campus Interviewing are entry level opportunities. In the job description, posted in The Wright Search, companies specify whether or not the position is open to students only, alumni only, or both students and alumni. Interviews take place in the Career Services office at Wright State University. There are no fees to participate in on campus interviewing. Get StartedStudents and alumni interested in participating in On-Campus Interviews must first register with The Wright Search résumé posting, job posting, and on-campus interviewing system. Students and alumni schedule on campus interviews electronically, through The Wright Search. The on campus interview sign-up process requires students and alumni to meet certain deadlines at several stages. To avoid missing an opportunity, register with The Wright Search now. Instructions for registering are included on the log in page. Know the Schedule of Participating EmployersTo satisfy student and alumni interest in On Campus Interviewing opportunities, Career Services posts a quarterly list of all participating companies, on an unrestricted Web page. The unrestricted posting does not enable interview sign up, nor does it contain a complete job description or information on applicable dates and deadlines. Complete information and sign up is only available through The Wright Search. Meet the Dates and DeadlinesThere are dates by which candidates must request a pre-select interview, and dates by which candidates must schedule pre-select and open interview times. Only those candidates who meet the deadlines have opportunities to interview. On Campus Interviewing Dates and Deadlines Adhere to the Sign Up and Cancellation PolicyAll students participating in on campus interviewing are required to follow the Career Services Sign Up and Cancellation Policy. Failure to adhere to the Sign Up and Cancellation Policy may result in restriction of access to The Wright Search and other Career Services resources.
