Schedule

8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Student Registration for Open Fair.
8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Open Fair:

Fifty-five school districts attended the 2009 Education Fair and Interview Day.
Participants included school districts from Ohio, and also from Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky and Alaska.
In 2009, only two districts had full schedules through The Wright Search by the day of the fair. The remaining fifty-three school districts had openings to fill at Open Fair.

10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Scheduled Interviews.
1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Scheduled Interviews.

Immediate Opportunities

Candidates sign up for interviews in advance, via The Wright Search.
At the Open Fair, candidates may be invited for additional interviews.

Seven hundred eighty-four interviews were conducted at the 2009 Education Fair and Interview Day. One thousand one hundred interview time slots were available.

Seventy-eight teacher candidates took advantage of the Mock Interviews conducted in January and February 2009, prior to Education Fair and Interview Day.

Twelve school district representatives and two retired school officials conducted the Mock Interviews.
