Minimum Wage Implementation

January 3, 2007:
Career Services has implemented decisions made by the University Administration. Adjustments have been made to student employment wages to comply with the Ohio constitutional amendment passed in November. The University Administration also committed to maintaining student employment position classifications. All active student employees were grandfathered into existing and new position classifications based on their hourly rate. More than 85% of the student employees will experience a wage increase.

Campus supervisors are asked to check their student employees' pay rate after the first check of the pay period is issued on January 19, 2007. After January 19, 2007 any questions or concerns must be submitted in writing to Career Services at career_services@wright.edu.
